A land of rock, sun, water, wind, solitude and inhumane work. These are the lands where the shepherds snatched from the wilderness the few elements necessary for the survival of first their animals and then their families! The nomadic shepherds wandered these wild and untamed lands in search of new pastures for animals and, when they found an ideal place, they immediately built “Sos Pinnettos” the structures that allowed them to shelter from cold winter nights and where with a great deal of hard work they coined their exchange currency: … cheese.
